About Me
I’m Gary Morris, a Work Reinvention Coach, helping men in their 40s, 50s, and 60s break free from unfulfilling work and create a more rewarding future.
I know the struggle firsthand. After a long and varied career in the Food, Toy, and Printing & Packaging industries—spanning roles in Accountancy, Productivity Management, Operations, Customer Care, E-commerce, and even co-founding a Catering Management business—I hit a wall. I found myself stuck in a job that drained me, feeling like there had to be more.
Then a conversation with a friend who had carved his own path sparked something in me. I explored my options, took action, and reinvented my work life.

The Process
Step 1
Express Your Thoughts & Feelings
Before making any big changes, it’s important to pause and reflect. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what truly matters to you. This is your space to talk openly—without judgment—about your frustrations, aspirations, and uncertainties. Clarity starts here.
Step 2
Explore Your Options
Once we understand where you are, we’ll look at where you could go. Whether it’s a career shift, semi-retirement, freelancing, or simply reshaping your current work, we’ll uncover new possibilities that align with your values, skills, and lifestyle goals. You have more options than you think.
Step 3
Take Action
Ideas are great, but action is what creates real change. We’ll work together to build a practical, step-by-step plan that gives you the confidence to move forward—whether that means reworking your current job, transitioning into something new, or designing a more fulfilling Second Half of Life.

Why It’s So Hard to Talk About How You Really Feel (And Why It Matters)
For many men, expressing emotions — or even just talking about what’s really going on — can feel awkward, risky, or just… impossible. But that’s not because we don’t care or lack depth. It’s often because of the world we grew up in, the roles we’ve been handed, and the tools we were never taught…
